婆藪
(sa) vasu 婆萸; good; rich; sweet; dry; according to Monier-Williams, eight personifications of natural phenomena; eight; the sun, etc.; father of Kṛṣṇa; intp. as the first to offer slain sacrifices to Heaven, to have been cast into hell, but after countless (sa) kalpas to have become a disciple of Buddha. Also called Vasudeva. Also name of certain (sa) devas, e.g. Viṣṇu; and other beings whom men serve, e.g. a father.
